Every Christmas looks better than the last nowadays, because we only post the pictures we like and the ones we want to show to the rest of the world. We don't post awkward moments from the Christmas party or share the cheap Christmas tree we could afford to buy this year. We leave all that out and only show what makes us look good.
But people in the ‘60s, ’70s, and ‘80s didn’t have that chance. On top of that, some Christmas trees were particularly awful, and some decorations seemed to be better for Halloween than to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ.
