If you’ve been on Twitter (or X, sure) in the past few days, you’re well aware that a highly-specific Twitter corner really blew up (pun very much intended).
“Epstein Files Twitter” — the aforementioned specialized social media pocket — could not contain itself when it learned the latest regarding Mr. President Donald Trump’s alleged involvement in the Epstein files. In newly publicly released records of an email exchange between Jeffrey Epstein and Mark Epstein, Jeffrey’s brother, there is undeniable mention of Putin, oral sex, and Donald Trump, which is a sentence I thought not even my wildest dreams could concoct.
“Ask him if Putin has the photos of Trump blowing Bubba?” wrote Mark Epstein in an email to his brother.
“And I thought I had tsuris,” replied Jeffrey shortly after.
"And who the hell is Bubba?” One curious mind may wonder. According to the Internet’s devoted politerati, “Bubba” is allegedly the nickname of none other than former President Bill Clinton. Coincidentally, it is also the name of Ghislaine Maxwell's horse.
As it always happens, arguments, debates, theories and — most importantly — incredible memes and punchlines immediately started flooding the timeline at a supersonic rate. I hadn’t seen that happening since Bernie Sanders’ iconic inauguration mittens in 2021.
