Working retail is never easy, but for one Redditor, annoying managers, crappy hours and irritating playlists were nothing compared to an extremely rude customer they encountered during a mid-winter shift at Walgreens.
When the customer asked where the Hannukah cards were located, the Redditor did their darndest to assist, responding, “I think they’re in this aisle…,” as they escorted the customer toward the card section. In a condescending tone, the customer immediately replied, “I don’t need you to think, I need you to know.”
Of course, there are plenty of other instances where people uttered needlessly disrespectful words, including scathing personal insults, wishes of violence and egregious Karen-isms.
