Boy, have we got a snobby batch today. Our goal has always been to round up the most eclectic batch of movie facts we can find, but this net happened to gather a group of elitist film-buff facts. Don't get us wrong, they're all different facts, they just all have that judgmental “we know more than you” tone.

To save face in the film-knowledge realm, we suggest screaming movie facts that you know right back at them. It might show the other people around you that you've gone completely insane, but it'll show the facts that they aren't the know-it-alls they think they are. We think it's way more important than the looks you'll get from any nearby onlookers.

Jackson) was hidden on set when he voiced his lines to keep the on-screen actors believably unsettled by him. When characters are taunted by him on the phone, he really is talking to them from somewhere out of sight. Не also voiced Mojo Jojo on The Powerpuff Girls, so there's that.

School of Rock

BEHIND-THE-SCENES FACTS The Exorcist is the first horror movie to be nominated for Best Picture. CRACKED.COM It received 10 Oscar nominations in 1974, including Best Supporting Actress for the 15 year old Linda Blair. It lost Best Picture to The Sting, a movie you didn't know existed until now.

Superman

Richard Donner was never told what the budget for Superman was. It's a miracle Donner managed to make such a beloved movie, as the producers for some reason wouldn't let him know how much money he had to work with. A producer insisted on the cheesy ending of Nightmare on Elm Street. SO THE DIRECTOR PUT HIM IN FULL BONDAGE GEAR. Writer/director Wes Craven had planned a solid ending for Nightmare, until producer Bob Shaye insisted on the open-ended rubber-mannequin ending it wound up with. Disney's The Lion King: Simba's Mighty Adventure 2000 CRACKED.COM This is a game where you play as a lion that gets hurt by ladybugs and small lizards. Instead of trying to tell an interesting story, or even following the familiar one of the movie, this Lion King game is more interested in making you collect thousands of paw-print tokens scattered over ugly, blocky levels.
