If you’ve ever listened to Larry David speak and thought “I can’t believe he was able to procreate,” he agrees with you.
On Late Night with Seth Meyers, the Curb Your Enthusiasm star said that he feels bad for his children and “can’t believe” he’s a father. “How can they let someone like me be a father? It’s insane! Shouldn’t there be some sort of psychiatric evaluation before they allow someone to have children?” he ranted to Meyers.
While David questions his actual reality, Suzanne Somers’ husband has no qualms about delving into an artificial one.
Alan Hamel says he’s worked with a robotics company to create a duplicate of his late wife. According to Hamel, the personality of the “Suzanne A.I. Twin” was created based on “all of Suzanne’s 27 books and a lot of interviews that she has done, hundreds of interviews, so that she’s really ready to be able to be asked any question at all and be able to answer it, because the answer will be within her.”
As if that wasn’t bleak enough, Hamel claims the robot is so similar to his late wife that he can’t tell them apart. “I’ve been with Suzanne for 55 years, so I know what her face looks like, and when I just look at the two of them side by side, I really can’t tell which one is the real and which one is the A.I.,” he explained.
Thankfully, people on Twitter are able to tell what is and isn’t funny, and they’ve made these hilarious tweets as proof. Today’s funniest include those about a guy who needed attention, a tattoo artist with limits and a natural bus ride.
