It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia guest stars are just like us, and by just like us, I mean that they, too, are in awe of The Gang. Dominic Burgess, who played Psycho Pete in the Season 10 installment “Psycho Pete Returns,” still remembers what it was like taping the episode back in 2015.
“I probably wasn’t behaving like a normal human being would because I was just so giddy about being in Paddy’s Bar and around them,” he told Cracked’s Brian VanHooker of his time on set. “I wish I could relive it now, being much more comfortable in myself and on set because I just would’ve just been more loose and fun.”
Meanwhile, Eric Idle is reflecting on when, exactly, Monty Python called it quits. “In some ways we split up immediately before The Holy Grail,” Idle remembered, noting that John Cleese “didn’t want to do a fourth series” of their show, Monty Python's Flying Circus. “After that, we decided to just stick to films.”
