Despite his Celtic roots, the luck of the Irish wasn’t with legendary actor and confirmed weirdo Bill Murray this week. In a newly-resurfaced interview, Richard Dreyfuss refused to mince words when it came to his What About Bob? co-star, stating that Murray acted like “an Irish drunken bully” while filming the ‘90s comedy, screaming “nose-to-nose” at the Jaws star before hurling an ashtray in his direction.
“He threw it at my face from only a couple of feet away. And it weighed about three-quarters of a pound,” Dreyfuss recalled of the encounter, which allegedly went down after a drunken Murray was presented with a “script tweak.”
As Dreyfuss’ comments made headlines yet again, comedian Bert Kreischer decided to spill some secrets during a recent appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, opening up about his penchant for hitting the stage shirtless. “The problem is I’m tactile,” he explained. “I’m more comfortable with no shirt, no underwear.”
