25 Wild Times Police Arrested Other Officers

Given the scandals we’ve heard about law enforcement over the years, it’s not surprising that police often end up arresting some of their own. But that doesn’t make these stories any less wild.

One Redditor’s cousin worked as a military police officer in Colorado Springs and arrested five other officers for running a drug-smuggling operation, the scheme of which involved concealing opiates alongside dead soldiers’ bodies that were shipped in from Afghanistan. Predictably, they flaunted their newfound wealth by buying nice cars and houses that their salaries definitely couldn’t bankroll. In the end, the sting operation took down five military police, fifteen airmen and a lieutenant colonel.
