The real romantic endgame on Friends was between Ross and Policeman #1 — at least according to Kelly Ripa, who just so happens to be married to the man who played the unnamed cop on a Season Seven episode. During David Schwimmer’s recent appearance on Live with Kelly and Mark, Ripa and Mark Consuelos shared a clip of the latter’s brief cameo to test Schwimmer’s knowledge of the show. After the initial shock wore off, Ripa jokingly remarked that “the sexual chemistry between you two was palpable in that scene.”

The SNL gang is continuing its own walk down memory lane. Peacock released a trailer for the four-part docuseries SNL50: Beyond Saturday Night, which will feature over 60 contributors reflecting on five decades of what Larry David calls “an American institution.” The series will examine the show’s greatest hits and provide commentary on everything from the audition process to the infamous “More Cowbell” sketch. The first episode is set to air on the streamer January 16th.
