Having worked a lot of retail jobs — like, a lot of them — I know firsthand how entitled people can act. At Game Stop, I witnessed kids demand expensive games and gaming systems from their parents. When I worked at Virgin Megastore, adults got angry with me when we didn’t have some obscure Criterion movie in stock. And when I worked at Subway, people freaked out when their orders were even slightly wrong — it’s Subway, moron, it’s supposed to taste bad.
