November was a hard month for Muppets fans — Disney broke their hearts by announcing the shuttering of the beloved Muppet*Vision 3D theme-park attraction — but a great one for Josh Gad.

At least according to Josh Gad.

A couple of weeks ago, Gad went public with his elation that everyone who has read the script to his Spaceballs sequel has been “blown away” by it. While it’s still unclear who exactly is providing this feedback, Gad described the process of working with Mel Brooks as one of the “highlights” of his career.
