The Wayans Brothers are reuniting to resurrect the Scary Movie franchise. Marlon Wayans announced on Instagram that he, Shawn and Keenan Ivory are “looking forward to having fun on the big screen again.” Marlon and Shawn co-wrote and starred in the first two entries of the series while Keenan directed them. It’s still unknown whether Anna Faris and Regina Hall will join them in taking the piss out of the latest horror releases. 

Meanwhile, The Beef is gearing up to reopen its doors next summer. FX chairman John Landgraf made an appearance on The Town with Matthew Belloni podcast and shared some tasty updates on The Bear’s upcoming fourth season. Landgraf revealed that nearly 17 of the 20 episodes have been filmed with production set to resume in February. Once it wraps, the new season is set for a summer 2025 release on Hulu.
