Get ready to shout “woohoo” because The Sims is officially coming to the big screen. 

To celebrate the franchise’s 25th anniversary, Electronic Arts announced that the feature adaptation of the beloved game is moving full steam ahead at Amazon MGM Studios with the help of Margot Robbie’s production company and Loki director Kate Herron. EA hopes partnering with Robbie will help them replicate Barbie’s pop-culture domination by sharing the game “across generations” while staying true to its “500 million” Simmers. EA executives promise that the story will be “very much rooted in The Sims universe” filled with Freezer Bunnies, pools without ladders and an answer to the age-old Bella Goth question. 

Elsewhere in Hollywood, the Walk of Fame is set to make history with the help of the Caped Crusader. Batman will become the first superhero honored with a star on the infamous sidewalk later this week. Fittingly, it will sit next to the stars of Adam West (aka TV Batman) and Bob Kane (aka the co-creator of the character).
