Michigan man Corey Harris went viral this week after video conferencing into his court hearing for driving with a suspended license — from behind the steering wheel.
While that’s a facepalm-worthy infraction on its own, the pendulum quickly swung back in Harris’ favor when it was revealed the suspended license wasn’t due to reckless driving, but rather unpaid court debts. In fact, the license suspension actually should have been rectified two years ago but hadn’t been due to a clerical error. Then things took another turn when it was revealed that Harris never had a driver’s license to begin with.
Of course, during the entire saga, meme after meme rolled in about it. That said, they were far from the only standout memes from the past week. Others included those about a suspicious haircare line announcement, a bratty pop star and an all-star yapper.

Perennial party girl Charli XCX released her sixth studio album brat this week. The official rollout started back in February when she revealed the cover, but the minimalistic puke green art was met mostly with criticism. Since then, though, the internet done a complete 180 as brat green became the undisputed color of the week. That’s right, you ‘gon jump if Twitter made it.

Case in point: The fashion mogul added a new venture to her diversified business portfolio this week when she announced the debut of her Fenty hair-care line. Unfortunately for the her, though, the timeline was less fixated on whatever proprietary blends would be included in the products, and more on the blonde pixie cut she rocked in the promotional pictures.
