And lots of neighborhoods have seen it too.
Code violations, illegal buildings, and ridiculous decorations that deserve some kind of punishment are way past the trend phase and are now part of regular human behavior all around the world. From strange contraptions to make an AC fit in a tiny apartment to maze-like piping begging for a vacation, today's neighborhoods have it all, and the HOA hates them.
