Sacha Baron Cohen is becoming a callous womanizer. The man behind Borat is boarding Netflix’s adaptation of the French film Je Ne Suis Pas Un Homme Facile, which they’re roughly translating to Ladies First for English speakers. Cohen will play a philanderer who finds himself in a parallel world dominated by women, with Gone Girl’s Rosamund Pike playing his “fiery female counterpart.” 

Meanwhile, class is back in session at Abbott Elementary, and co-creator Quinta Brunson thinks that the Television Academy should revise its lesson plan. When asked about her thoughts on the “traditional comedy” not taking home as many awards as some might have liked, she told The Hollywood Reporter that the Academy should “give some thought” to the categorization brouhaha. While she didn’t explicitly share her opinion on whether she thinks The Bear is a comedy or a drama, she did note that “people are confused” and that consistent confusion should be enough of a reason to consider some changes.
