A lot of disastrous situations start off because one person thought something would be “interesting.” A Redditor recalled the time him, his cousin and his uncle all thought it “would be interesting” to see a firecracker explode underwater. In what appears to be a moment where the three of them shared one brain cell, they put the lit firecracker in a glass jar to hold it upright as it went off. A second later, shattered glass exploded everywhere.
In fairness, it probably was interesting — if not really stupid and dangerous, too.
