29 TV Trivia Nuggets from Pop Culture History for Wednesday, December 10, 2025

More factual than an early 2000s infomercial at 3 am.

I kind of miss infomercials. I rarely ever watched the hour-long ones that came on in the wee hours of the night; that was the type of surreal programming a kid woke up to at 3 am after dozing off on the living room couch. However, I did like the longer ads that featured some sort of repetitive jingle and drawn-out explanations by a breathless voice actor trying to condense a 5 minute script into just 60 seconds by speed-reading it. You don’t have to call a 1-800 number or commit to a series of payments to read these fascinating and informative TV facts, though!
