Boomers like to say they weren't as dumb as younger generations back in the day, but we all know that's not entirely true. Back in the day, there weren't enough cameras to capture their stupidity, so all we've got are pretty pictures of people posing and looking good all the time. Today, it's harder and harder to stay away from a lens, and some people even believe we're constantly being recorded.
There's a social pressure to look good all the time. You don't know when someone's going to stop you in the middle of the street to ask you what you're listening to, but you want to make sure you look nice when they do, because everyone is going to see that. And while we usually think about the nice things, you should also keep in mind that there's someone waiting for you to do something stupid.
