Jimmy Kimmel is going back in time. 

On Monday, Kimmel introduced ‘80s Week on his show, saying  “I was thinking about 2025 and how much it s*ks. So I thought it might be nice to hop into the DeLorean and go back in time—to a better place.”

The idea seems fun, but as with anything, it’s actually a ploy to draw in more viewers. The late-night show model is struggling to keep up with social media and new platforms, and it’s forcing them to get creative.

It’s also time for Adam Sandler to try something new. He popularized “Sandlercore”, a fashion trend defined by comfy, oversized clothes, through his red carpet appearances, but if he wants to be taken more seriously, he might have to stop complaining about wearing suits.
