Resting is for the weak, and slowing down is forbidden. Otherwise, you'll miss what's coming next. In that state of mind, it's tough to be on top of things, especially when you have so many things going on at once.
But we've proven time and time again that keeping that going for long isn't good for anyone's health. You start making mistakes on little things, and then not so little things, and then… It's too late.
