When you do something pretty much every day, you don't stop to think about how to do it. It's already second nature to you, and you just dive into it like you've been doing your entire life. However, some people might do that with things they think they know how to do, and that can bring some really big problems.
Whether you're at work, at home, or in public, it's usually recommended to think before you act, although most people take that as a friendly suggestion they'd like to ignore. Otherwise, the consequences can be terrible, not only for your well-being, but mostly because there's probably someone filming you when you fail. So, a moment of overconfidence can quickly transform into public humiliation, and you have to change jobs, move to a different city, and it's a hassle.
