As Weekend Update co-anchor Michael Che can attest, there’s no shortage of topics that can be used to dunk on his SNL castmate, Colin Jost. By now, we’re all aware of Jost’s self-described “Very Punchable Face” and his passion for bad dad jokes. But the fact that he somehow managed to lock down Oscar-nominated actress Scarlett Johansson is a reality so confusing that it prompted longtime SNL star Mikey Day to get in on the time-honored tradition of roasting Jost. 

On Saturday, Day dropped by Weekend Update as “Lord Gaga,” the fictitious, ultra-wealthy textile manufacturer husband of host Lady Gaga, and proceeded to poke fun at Jost for failing to draw in as much money as his Black Widow better half. “Imagine if I was sitting here on television behind this desk, staring at that camera, the world staring back at me, knowing that my wife’s income dwarfs my own!” he joked. “I would die. What a living nightmare!”

As Jost lingers in Lord Gaga’s nightmare, Jerry Seinfeld is evidently living the dream. The controversial sitcom star revealed that serving as the butt of the classic SNL sketch, “The Stand-Ups” was “one of the greatest thrills of (his) life.” “They’re making fun of me, but I thought it was hilarious,” the comic told ex-Seinfeld writer Spike Feresten during a guest spot on the Spike’s Car Radio podcast.
