Person who has had one experience: Uhhh…

This week, we learned that meeting the parents, the in-laws and the next generation wasn’t enough for one franchise. According to Deadline, a fourth installment of Meet the Parents is underway — 14 years after Little Fockers. While no one has any idea what else the series could possibly explore, original stars Robert De Niro, Ben Stiller, Teri Polo and Blythe Danner are all in talks to return.

In other news, Ted Danson dropped a rather enthusiastic bomb. The actor was joined by JB Smoove on the Where Everybody Knows Your Name podcast, and he revealed that he thought that the Curb Your Enthusiasm pilot “absolutely sucked.” He ultimately came around on the series, going on to play a fictionalized version of himself in a total of 34 episodes and saying that acting with Smoove and Larry David “reinvigorated (his) desire to be funny.”

No one, though, had a better week than Sean Evans. The Hot Ones host and the team behind the popular talk show will be operating under new management after being sold for $82.5 million. BuzzFeed relinquishing First We Feast to Evans and a group of investors allows them to move forward as an “independent multi-platform media company.” There's no word yet on what’s to come, but Evans promises that “the future is spicy.”

And, of course, this week we got our laughs straight from the timeline. The funniest tweets included those about lawless zones, a retro movie theater carpet come to life and an 8-year-old destined for a stand-up career.
